Product Manager (f/m/x) Haematology Analysers and Reagents

Your responsibilities

• Take product responsibility for the 5-part differential haematology analysers as well as for the related haematology reagents and reagent accessories
• Provide competent application support and service request handling for our affiliates and distributors in the EMEA region, product-related communication with our Japanese headquarters, as well as product documentation for internal and external use
• Perform data analysis of measurement results
• Collaborate closely with other departments such as technical product management, marketing, supply chain management, scientific departments, and regulatory affairs
• Support our affiliates and distributors with product training, focusing on application and technical aspects

Your profile

• You have a degree as Medical Technologist for Laboratory Analytics or an academic background in natural or medical sciences
• Haematology background is highly appreciated; interest is a must
• You have perseverance as well as a proactive and structured work style
• You show enthusiasm for technical and scientific questions
• Effective communication, presentation, and teaching skills
• You have very good English and good Excel skills for data analysis
• Hands-on experience in clinical laboratory procedures and understanding of working processes in medical laboratories are a plus
