Product Manager (f/m/x) Haematology Analysers

Your responsibilities

1. Take product responsibility for the 5-part differential haematology analysers for both human and veterinary samples.
2. Provide competent application support and service request handling for our affiliates and distributors in the EMEA region, product-related communication with our Japanese headquarter as well as product documentation for internal and external use.
3. Perform data analysis of measurement results.
4. Support and enhance the veterinary haematology product portfolio and the corresponding software solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle including software-related test process.
5. As a team player, collaborate closely with other departments such as technical product management, marketing, supply chain management, scientific departments, and regulatory affairs.
6. Support our affiliates and distributors with product trainings.

Your profile

1. You have a degree as Medical Technologist for Laboratory Analytics, Medical Technologist for Veterinary Medicine or an academic background in natural, veterinary or medical sciences.
2. Interest in haematology and especially in veterinary medicine is a must.
3. You have perseverance as well as a proactive and structured work style.
4. You show enthusiasm for technical and software questions, experimenting with new features and testing customer scenarios on software level.
5. Effective communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
6. You have a very good command of English and good Excel skills for data analysis.
7. Hands-on experience in clinical laboratory procedures and understanding of working processes in medical laboratories are a plus.
