As a Product Manager AI Transformation at IONOS, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our AI strategy and driving its implementation across our organization. Tasks

• Identification of business opportunities and development of strategies for the implementation of AI solutions.
• Analysis of business processes for optimization and automation through AI technologies.
• Developing and implementing customized AI solutions for business processes and product innovation.
• Working with the product management team to identify and implement AI-based product innovations.
• Building a strong network within the IONOS Group and with external stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of AI strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI, machine learning, or a related field, with a strong understanding of AI and machine learning frameworks and tools.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment, with a strong adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
