EU Product Management Expert of C&I (Commercial & Industry)

This role involves overseeing the C&I market strategy and product portfolio management in the EU, including products such as optimizer, inverter, and C&I battery storage systems.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Developing new business models, integrating new technologies, and analyzing market trends related to C&I products.
2. Planning new products and roadmaps, and managing joint innovation projects.
3. Communicating with various industry sectors such as supermarkets, logistics, manufacturing, agriculture, and commercial entities to gather requirements and lead industry initiatives.
4. Representing Huawei in standard groups and establishing ecosystems in regional markets to position Huawei as an industry leader.

Required skills and experience:

• Market insight capabilities, including analyzing industry and technology trends, opportunities, and standard changes; providing strategic input to headquarters.
• Marketing skills, including engaging with customer experts and supporting marketing activities and technical sales support.
• Expertise in power electronics, automation, inverters, and energy storage, with experience in energy industries such as photovoltaic and energy storage, and familiarity with related products and solutions.
• Understanding of the energy industry's development trends, policies, market directions, and standards across different countries.

Additional requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or science.
• Willingness to undertake frequent domestic and international travel.
• Location preferences: Germany, Netherlands, or other specified locations.
• Proficiency in Chinese (speaking, reading, writing) is a significant plus.
• Home office is not permitted.
• Familiarity with optimizer, inverter, energy storage systems, and C&I industry.
