EU Product Management Expert of C&I (Commercial & Industry)

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the strategy and management of C&I products in the EU market. The role involves:

1. Developing and executing market strategy and managing the product portfolio for C&I products.
2. Gaining insights into new business models, technologies, and market trends related to optimizer, inverter, and C&I battery storage systems, including roadmap planning and joint innovation project management.
3. Communicating with various industry organizations such as supermarkets, logistics, manufacturing, agriculture, and commercial sectors to gather original requirements and position Huawei as an industry leader.
4. Representing Huawei in standard groups and establishing regional ecosystems to support industry leadership.

Experience and Skills Requirements

• Strong market insight capabilities, including analyzing industry and technology trends, opportunities, and standard changes. Ability to provide strategic input and lead new business directions.
• Marketing skills, including engaging with customer experts, supporting key marketing activities, and providing technical support to sales teams.
• Expertise in power electronics, automation, inverter, and energy storage, with experience in energy industries such as photovoltaic and energy storage. R&D or testing experience in related products is preferred.
• Understanding of energy industry development trends, policies, market directions, and familiarity with industry standards and equipment suppliers across countries.

Additional Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or science.
• Willingness to undertake frequent domestic and international business trips.
• Location options include Germany, Netherlands, or other specified locations.
• Proficiency in Chinese (reading, writing, speaking) is a significant advantage.
• Home office is not permitted.
• Familiarity with optimizer, inverter, energy storage systems, and the C&I industry.
