In the dynamic landscape of On, the ERP system plays a crucial role in powering our business growth and operations. We are enhancing our technology landscape to accelerate the growth of On, helping to ignite the human spirit through movement.

You will be part of a talented and diverse team of product managers and software engineers experimenting with new technologies and embracing challenges head-on. Working closely with stakeholders and functional leads, you will develop a deep understanding of our business processes, strategic and tactical goals, and communicate product progress and deliverables. You will influence by using data and risk analysis to make informed decisions.

Your role will be pivotal in driving and executing ERP initiatives impacting Commerce and Retail, supporting the ERP upgrades and release cycles, and contributing to their integration within our technology landscape.

Your Mission

1. Define and drive the ERP (D365 F&O) product strategic direction and product roadmap together with our tech teams and in collaboration with the Commercial, Digital and Retail functional leads and consultants.
2. Produce and manage Epics/User Stories for development initiatives.
3. Maintain an effective and groomed product backlog, driving refinement and discovery sessions with the development and functional consultant teams.
4. Liaise with multiple business areas across our global organization, gather and analyze requirements for the Commerce, Digital and Retail functions.
5. Serve as an ambassador for your product area internally and externally, as the primary contact for related topics.
6. Manage prioritization and trade-offs between customer experience, business impact, performance, and post-launch support.
7. Coordinate and manage the ERP (D365 F&O) release cycles in collaboration with the product team.
8. Facilitate the ERP (D365 F&O) version upgrades, coordinating and communicating timelines, activities and deliverables.

Your Story

1. You have 5+ years of hands-on product management experience in a relevant field of IT, business systems support, analysis or consultancy.
2. You have extensive experience in cloud-based ERP systems, ideally with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or a comparable system.
3. You have a deep understanding and appreciation of agile methodologies, which enables you to understand business needs and transform them into great solutions.
4. You have solid knowledge of integration methodologies and end-to-end core business processes in the areas of sales, commerce and distribution across multiple channels.
5. You have an understanding of cloud-based technologies and related architecture.
