Your mission

1. Lead hardware product development from first prototype to full rollout
2. Coordinate across Engineering, Procurement & Suppliers to deliver top-tier solutions
3. Analyze markets & customer needs to identify innovation opportunities
4. Shape and execute product strategies that scale with our growth
5. Ensure high-quality hardware through smart component decisions
6. Present product progress confidently to leadership, partners & teams
7. Build strong internal networks through excellent communication & facilitation

Your profile

1. You're hands-on, tech-driven, and ready to make an impact. You love hardware, think in systems, and thrive at the intersection of tech and product.
2. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering or Industrial Engineering (BSc/MSc)
3. 2+ years experience in IoT or electronics product development
4. Solid knowledge of PCBs & electronic components
5. First experience in product or project management
6. Strong communication & stakeholder skills
7. Self-starter mindset with high accountability
8. Fluent in English and German
