Your mission

As a member of our Product Team, you will play a pivotal role in a visionary group dedicated to transforming the global energy sector. Building on our Heartbeat AI Platform, your mission is to identify #NewEnergy opportunities and develop sustainable, valuable products for our customers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Define Product Vision and Strategy: Shape and execute our global, customer-centric product vision for our core B2C product suite around "Heartbeat AI," including our HEMS, energy tariffs, and flexibility services.
• Optimize our Product Portfolio: Manage and improve the performance of our core products by streamlining processes in collaboration with energy market stakeholders.
• Market Analysis and Expertise: Evaluate opportunities across international energy markets, monitor regulatory landscapes, market trends, and technological advancements to refine strategies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as an internal expert on energy markets, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Support Product Operations: Define KPIs, monitor product performance, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Drive Commercial Success: Collaborate with sales and marketing to support product launches and positioning, ensuring value delivery to customers and partners.
• Partnership Development: Build and nurture relationships with regulators, partners, and customers to promote product adoption and market success.

Your profile

Experience:

• 3+ years in product management within the energy sector, with exposure to HEMS, dynamic electricity tariffs, VPPs, and flexibility services.
• Proven expertise in managing energy-related product portfolios, aligning strategies with regulatory and market needs.

Market Expertise:

• Deep understanding of energy markets, regulations, and emerging trends in energy flexibility and optimization.

Technical Acumen:

• Familiarity with IoT energy management systems, energy APIs, and smart grid technologies is a plus.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Excellent communication skills, capable of aligning diverse stakeholders including internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies across cultures.

Analytical Skills:

• Strong analytical mindset to evaluate KPIs, assess performance, and identify growth opportunities.

Adaptability:

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a proactive approach to challenges and innovation.

Languages:

• Excellent written and spoken English and German skills.
