Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager - Developer Platform to join Delivery Hero's Developer Infrastructure team. The Developer Platform team builds and maintains the internal platform that enables software teams to manage their applications efficiently from inception to deployment and beyond. The team focuses on providing self-service tools, automation, and best practices to streamline development workflows and improve operational efficiency.

• You will lead the strategic vision and roadmap of at least one product, collaborating with engineering and stakeholders to understand pain points, identify opportunities for improvement, and prioritize them.
• You will utilize data analysis, user feedback, and market research to make data-driven product decisions. Defining KPIs, measuring them, and guiding your team accordingly is essential.
• You will engage in technical discussions on developer experience, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, and cluster-based architectures, making informed decisions and providing insights.
• You will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage conflicting priorities, and navigate dependencies across the organization.
• You will communicate effectively with stakeholders about plans, decisions, and updates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software product management.
• Understanding of modern software development practices, including DevOps, platform engineering, and cloud-native architectures.
• Passion for improving developer experience.
• Good grasp of business KPIs and translating strategy into action using OKRs.
• Strong project management skills for priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Exceptional communication skills to align and motivate teams.
