As a Product Manager, you will join our Customer Service Automation team, take full ownership of new features and integrations, and deliver measurable business impact. You will work closely with our agile development teams, stakeholders, and business partners across Europe to deploy state-of-the-art technology and bring the industry to a new level. A key focus area of this position will be to leverage conversational AI to do more with less to increase the efficiency of our customer service operations and optimize conversion throughout the customer journey.
