Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung.
• Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement, idealerweise im B2C-Bereich.

Your areas of responsibilities :

• Focusing on our child seat product group, you will be responsible for all new international product launches and continuous product improvement from briefing to launch.
• You will also work on cross-departmental projects and represent our customers' point of view.
• You identify market, competition and technology trends, recognize potentials at an early stage and evaluate them for possible new projects.
• With customer feedback and with your analysis, you will find further developmental opportunities for our child seats and introduce product changes and improvements into the innovation process.
• Together with our Project Management, Engineering, Quality, Design and Marketing teams, you form the core team for Product Development.

Your profile of qualification :

• You have a successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical education. Alternatively, a business degree with an affinity for technical contexts.
• You have already gained some professional experience in Product Management, ideally in the B2C sector of a consumer goods manufacturer.
• You love to get things moving and to work together with our development team on further groundbreaking innovations in child safety.
• You convince us with your hands-on and level-headed mentality.
• You have a high degree of ownership for your products.
• Your strong communication skills, especially in English, complete your profile.
