Job Description

As a Product Manager on the Broker team, you will oversee the strategy and development of our derivatives offering and core platform functionalities such as search, instrument data, and tradability.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Defining and executing the team’s roadmap, balancing user needs, operational efficiency, and business impact.
2. Collaborating with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Partnerships to deliver high-quality products.
3. Building strong relationships with external partners, including derivatives issuers and data providers.
4. Translating user research, data analysis, and customer feedback into a cohesive product vision, user stories, and intuitive experiences.
5. Driving product development using agile methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-team synchronization.

Qualifications

1. Extensive experience as a Product Manager, with a successful track record in launching and scaling products, preferably within fintech or financial services.
2. Hands-on approach with strong customer empathy, capable of managing ideas through UX prototypes, user stories, and designs.
3. Deep understanding of product management practices, integrating diverse inputs like user research, data, and market analysis into strategy.
4. Excellent collaboration skills, with proven ability to work effectively across engineering and design teams.
5. Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
6. Bonus: Experience with financial derivatives and a solid understanding of financial markets.
