Job Details

This is a home-based role accepting candidates from Germany, UK, Netherlands, France, Israel, and Czech Republic. You will manage the full product lifecycle of our Biosurgical range, from concept to launch, and develop training materials for sales teams and surgeons. You will analyze market trends and conduct research to support strategic decisions.

We seek candidates with surgical marketing experience, preferably in Orthopaedics/Trauma, Spine, Cardiac, Hand/Foot & Ankle Surgery, or Veterinary Surgery, with experience liaising with surgeons in an Operating Theatre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop sales materials, digital platforms, and marketing tools.
  • Manage customer feedback and post-market surveillance.
  • Oversee product upgrades, development, and market extensions.
  • Analyze market data, shares, competitor activity, and sales trends.
  • Support sales forecasts and provide field support to key accounts and opinion leaders.
  • Contribute to pricing strategies and develop training programs.
  • Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and user groups.
  • Plan product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate rebranding campaigns and distributor support activities.
  • Assist in gaining product reimbursement in key markets.
  • Organize conferences, symposia, and workshops with clear objectives.
  • Develop social media content and digital advertising weekly.

Candidate Requirements

  • Business or Marketing degree preferred; sales and marketing experience required.
  • Experience in medical device sales, product management, and lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of surgical market segments and operating room operations.
  • Comfortable working in an Operating Room setting and building rapport with surgeons and clinical staff.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and a second language (German or French preferred).
  • Proficiency with IT tools such as Word, Excel, Teams, Email, PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, training, project management, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, with a willingness to travel 30-40% of the time.
