Product Manager* Back Office Software
As part ofour end-to-end traffic solutions in the areas of road safety enforcement aswell as toll collection the central back office software is a core buildingblock for E2E solutions offered by VITRONIC.
As Product Manager* you areglobally responsible for our back office software pro-actively managing theproduct along all phases of the product management process starting fromenvisioning and planning of new product versions and releases, to product lifecycle management and retirement of the product. You will drive the product froma business perspective striving for an innovative, market-oriented andcompetitive Back Office Software VITRONIC can offer to its global customer base.In addition, you will serve as the “product expert” to other departments (Sales,R&D, Service, Marketing etc.) in the organization coordinating allproduct-related activities.

Which taskscan you expect?

• Definition and management of VITRONICs back office software products for traffic solutions
• Perform market & competitor analysis as input for product planning
• Develop the product strategy and work out the product business plan and product roadmap
• Engage with customers to gather insights, understand their needs
• Translate user feedback and research into actionable insights for product enhancements
• Collaborate with developers to ensure product features are accurately implemented
• Coordinate product release launches
• Enable and support Sales in selling the product
• Define product-related services
• Continuous life cycle management of the product
• Presenting the product at conferences, trade shows etc.

What makesyou stand out?

• Provenexperience in product management ideally in a software environment
• Background with software development and web technologies understanding, experience with agile methodologies is a plus
• Experience in creating and implementing digital business models is a plus
• Ideally a combined technical and economical education ( Wirtschaftsinformatik )
• Strategic thinking, analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the aptitude to drive alignment across technical and business teams
• Expertise in making impactful presentations to stakeholders
• Self-organized person with positive attitude towards challenges in the role
• Willingness to travel internationally on occasion
