Your mission
Bilt Midas Healthcare GmbH was founded in 2022 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Midas Pharma GmbH. We distribute healthcare products and, in close cooperation with Midas Pharma GmbH, prescription drugs.
Your main tasks
- Management and responsibility for the healthcare product portfolio (OTC and Rx) from concept to market launch, including lifecycle management
- Sales and budget responsibility for selected products
- Coordinating the launch and further development of healthcare products (e.g., pharmaceuticals, dietary supplements, FSMP) in the field of women's health in consultation with internal stakeholders and the relevant specialist departments
- Establishing and maintaining networks with external partners, opinion leaders, and specialist groups (e.g., key opinion leaders, agencies, industry partners)
- Generating consumer insights, developing product strategies, preparing market and competition analyses
- Sales controlling and forecast management in cooperation with the relevant specialist departments
- Developing and implementing market access strategies with internal and external experts
- Designing and implementing various marketing and information materials (online and offline) for expert groups and patients in collaboration with marketing, brand management, and external agencies
- Developing and implementing complex multi-channel marketing strategies, taking into account current market trends and regulatory requirements
- Presenting project results and strategic recommendations to management and other decision-makers
Your profile
- Degree in business administration, marketing, life sciences, or a comparable subject
- At least 5 years of professional experience in product management in the healthcare sector (Rx and OTC)
- Experience in lifecycle management, launch, and communication strategies
- Proven track record of successful product launches and further developments in the healthcare sector
- Ideally, you have already taken on P&L responsibility in the healthcare sector
- In-depth understanding of the regulatory and legal framework of the pharmaceutical market
- Strong implementation skills and a hands-on mentality
- Solution-oriented and willing to work in a dynamic environment
- Analytical, strategic, and solution-oriented thinking
- Excellent communication skills and strong team spirit
- Business fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel occasionally
