Qualifikationen

• Experience in Product Management, Hotel Contracting, Purchasing, Revenue Management, or comparable roles within the travel industry.
• Understanding how tour operators, hotel providers, bedbanks, or hotel chains work.
• Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or similar.
• Comfortable working with numbers, data, and performance analyses.
• Experience with pricing, reporting, and commercial decision-making.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Familiar with booking systems, product management tools, Excel, and business intelligence solutions.
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and take ownership of your topics.
• You enjoy identifying opportunities, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement.
• You are a team player who enjoys collaborating across departments and cultures.

Aufgaben

• End-to-end hotel product portfolio management, from negotiating hotel agreements to creating compelling holiday packages.
• Optimize commercial conditions, support pricing, and ensure offers are competitive, bookable, and attractive.
• Analyze market trends, performance, and customer demand to identify growth opportunities and guide decisions.
• Collaborate with Yield/Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT to bring products to market and drive cross-functional projects.
• Act as the key link between hotel partners and internal teams to position, promote, and continuously develop the portfolio.
