Eurowings Holidays GmbH in Germany seeks a Product Manager to own the full lifecycle—from hotel contracting and pricing to portfolio strategy and performance.

You will negotiate agreements, shape offers, analyze market trends, and collaborate with Yield, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and IT to bring great products to market.

Fluency in German and English, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work across cultures in a hybrid setup are required; travel industry experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Product Management, Hotel Contracting, Purchasing, Revenue Management, or comparable roles within the travel industry.
• Understanding of tour operators, hotel providers, bedbanks, or hotel chains.
• Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or comparable qualification.
• Comfort with numbers, data, and performance analyses.
• Experience with pricing, reporting, and commercial decision-making.
• German and English communication.
• Familiar with booking systems, product management tools, Excel, and BI solutions.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and business performance; translate insights into actions.
• Monitor bookings, revenue, and key business indicators to steer portfolio performance.
• Provide product recommendations and shape strategic decisions for destinations and products.
• Drive cross-functional projects and link hotel partners with marketing teams.

What you’ll do

• You manage your product portfolio end-to-end – from the first hotel deal to the final holiday package

What you’ll need

• You have experience in Product Management, Hotel Contracting, Purchasing, Revenue Management, or comparable roles within the travel industry

• You have a degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a comparable qualification
