The Opportunity

As the company’s first Product Manager , you will shape the product direction, define processes, and build the bridge between technical excellence and business impact. You’ll work closely with ML engineers, data scientists, and senior leadership to translate enterprise customer needs into scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

Your Role

Define and own the product roadmap for AI / ML-driven solutions, balancing enterprise requirements with technical feasibility

Set up product processes and frameworks in a fast-growing environment

Work closely with ML engineers and researchers to bring features from concept to production

Partner with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders to gather insights and translate them into product priorities

Drive clarity on trade-offs between accuracy, scalability, and delivery speed

Represent the product vision internally and externally, influencing both technical teams and customers

Essential Skills

Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in AI / ML, data, or deep tech environments

Strong track record of building product strategies in fast-scaling organisations

Ability to work closely with technical teams (engineers, data scientists) and translate complex ideas into business outcomes

Familiarity with enterprise-scale product delivery, ideally with exposure to regulated environments (GDPR, compliance)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and commercial audiences

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a greenfield “first PM” role
