Matterway is an AI Assistant helping operational teams in large enterprises by automating repetitive tasks & guiding decision-making. Help us reinvent how teams work by putting cutting-edge generative AI and automation tools into the hands of everyday business users.

We're looking for a Product Manager who loves talking to customers, can translate fuzzy problems into crisp product bets, and ships elegant software at a high velocity. You will work across multiple products in the Matterway suite; a cloud platform for process optimization, AI coding agents & specialized AI agents.

What you'll do

Discover real problems
    • Run user interviews, shadow user workflows, and join sales/support calls.
    • Synthesize pain points into actionable insights.
Frame & shape opportunities
    • Frame problems by integrating user needs, market dynamics, and data-driven signals - and estimate the effort worth investing
    • Write lean PRDs/specs and sketch solutions in Figma or as quick prototypes.
    • Coordinate with leadership and functional leads to evaluate, prioritize, and staff opportunities for execution
Steward the user experience
    • Champion intuitive, functional, and beautiful design across the product.
    • Own UAT and partner with QA to uphold quality.
Drive delivery
    • Maintain and groom the opportunity backlog.
    • Coordinate with the engineering team to structure delivery plans, align on scope, and keep momentum by eliminating blockers swiftly.
    • Keep a pulse on progress through transparent tracking and ensure the team stays on course toward high-velocity delivery
Launch, learn, iterate
    • Orchestrate go-live, changelogs, communications, and enablement.
    • Monitor post-launch analytics and optimize for adoption.
Level-up how we work
    • Curate playbooks, FAQs, and internal wikis so new teammates hit the ground running.
    • Continuously refine our tools and processes.
Jump in where needed
    • Prompt-engineer, prototype, test-whatever moves the product forward. You are not afraid to get your hands dirty.

Must-haves
  • Product Management track record: You've led product cycles end-to-end in cross functional teams and shipped software in high velocity environments.
  • Great product sense: You know what "good" feels like and can explain the why.
  • Exceptional communication (in English): You craft crisp narratives and talk tech, design, and business with equal ease.
  • Interpersonal & Influence Skills: skilled in facilitation, stakeholder empathy, expectation management, and leading without authority.
  • Technical fluency: You can read code and understand technical constraints when making product decisions.
  • AI native: Strong understanding of AI technologies, LLM principles, and prompt engineering skills.
  • A growth mindset: Willingness to own problems. Comfort with ambiguity. A desire to make things better. A balanced sense of optimism and humility
Nice-to-haves
  • Proficient in Figma with a solid understanding of modern design systems.
  • Industry experience in BFSI, Procurement, HR or in general with Enterprise internal workflows.
  • Background in RPA, BPM, low-code, or other automation domains.
  • Dual degree (or equivalent experience) spanning Engineering & Business or Design.
