We are currently looking for a Product Manager to join our Product Management Department. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the product strategy, supporting operational excellence, and identifying opportunities that strengthen Nedschroef’s competitiveness in the market.

Your responsibilities

• Conduct analyses on product specifications and customer applications across different markets.
• Assess and compare competitiveness, focusing on cost, quality, time-to-market, and application performance.
• Contribute to strategic planning, including competitiveness and time-to-market improvement roadmaps.
• Identify target customers and support the development of customer “battle plans”.
• Support the customer acquisition and quoting process with product insights.
• Manage periodic portfolio assessments, introducing new product ideas and phasing out outdated ones.
• Formulate and align the product or cluster positioning together with key stakeholders.
• The specific application area and product range focus for this position will be determined at a later stage.
