Job Title: Product Manager With SAP SCM Experience

Location: EMEA – Open to English

Languages: English

Industry Focus: Mining, Chemicals, and Mill Products (Metals, Paper, Building Materials)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as a bridge between executive leadership and delivery teams to ensure business objectives are met.
2. Drive solution delivery across SAP’s SCM & Transportation, Customer Experience (CX), and IAM portfolios.
3. Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with strategic goals.
4. Work closely with global stakeholders, ensuring alignment across regions and functional areas.
5. Identify and implement industry-specific solutions within mining, chemicals, and mill products industries.
6. Contribute to multiple roles within the program, demonstrating versatility and leadership.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Product Manager within SAP SCM and related solution areas.
2. Deep understanding of commodity management, logistics, and transportation.
3. Prior exposure to industry-specific applications in mining, chemicals, and mill products is essential.
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively at the C-suite level.
5. Comfortable working in global teams across time zones with excellent English proficiency.
