Job summary

Orbia Advance Corporation is seeking a Local Product Manager for Indoor Climate Solutions in Germany. You will shape the portfolio strategy, manage lifecycle stages from launch to sunset, and translate global plans into local actions.

You will identify trends, engage with customers, and drive launches while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Global Product Management to grow profitability and ensure success in the German market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in HVAC, Indoor Climate, Building Technology, Building Materials or Construction-related industries.
• Experience managing product lifecycles and market launches.
• Fluent German and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing local product strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Managing the full product lifecycle, from introduction through to phase-out.
• Identifying market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
• Driving successful product launches and commercialization activities.
• Acting as the voice of the German market within the wider product organisation.
• Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and Global Product Management teams.
• Supporting pricing, profitability, and business growth initiatives.
• Delivering product training and technical support to customers and internal teams.

About the role

As Local Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our Indoor Climate Solutions business in Germany. This role offers a unique blend of strategic and operational responsibility. Working closely with both local and international stakeholders, you'll help translate global strategies into local success while ensuring that German market requirements are represented within the wider organisation.

• Strong understanding of solution-based selling and project business.
• Product management and portfolio strategy expertise.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
