Job Description

The Team

You'll join our Media Operations Product Team in Dusseldorf, Germany, a cross-functional group that develops products for our Unified OS platform—an internal tool suite supporting media planning, audience generation, campaign activation, and reporting.

Within this team, you'll be part of the Sales Servicing application, enabling global configuration and deployment across markets. You'll collaborate with international engineers (EU, India, Eastern Europe), product managers, client servicing teams, and technical leads.

The Role

We're seeking a Product Manager to lead the evolution of a critical internal platform. Your role will involve guiding its transformation by consolidating legacy systems into a unified global platform, managing requirements, writing user stories, sprint planning, and coordinating with engineering teams.

This position offers the chance to work on a high-impact product at the intersection of media operations and technology with significant ownership and organizational visibility.

Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into user stories.
  2. Manage the product backlog; lead sprint planning and quarterly goals.
  3. Work with developers to ensure quality delivery and feature releases.
  4. Coordinate with other product teams for platform alignment and integration.
  5. Track progress, evaluate performance, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  1. Experience in product or technical project management, ideally with web applications.
  2. Understanding of digital platforms, data flows, and integrations.
  3. Experience working with engineers in agile environments.
  4. Ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and provide clarity.
  5. Excellent English communication skills (German is a plus).

Bonus points if you have:

  1. Exposure to media, advertising, or digital marketing.
  2. Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum or SAFe.
  3. A background in engineering with a passion for product development.
