Product Manager – AI Scale-Up (Berlin, Hybrid)

We’re a fast-growing AI scale-up based in Berlin, building powerful, real-world applications using the latest in machine learning and LLMs. Our products are used by thousands globally — from startups experimenting with AI to established enterprises scaling it across their organizations.

Now we’re looking for a Product Manager to help us take things to the next level. If you’re someone who thrives at the intersection of tech, users, and business — and you’re excited about building AI products that actually get used — we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll be doing

• You’ll take full ownership of one of our core AI products — from early discovery through to launch and iteration
• Work closely with engineers, designers, and researchers to turn ideas into features people love
• Talk to users, dig into the data, and figure out what really moves the needle
• Help shape the product strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day priorities
• Keep everything moving — aligning teams, unblocking issues, and keeping execution on track

What we’re looking for

• 3–5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a startup or fast-paced tech company
• You’re technically fluent — not necessarily an engineer, but comfortable discussing APIs, models, and infrastructure
• You’ve shipped real products and can talk about what worked, what didn’t, and what you’d do differently
• Strong communicator who can bring clarity to complexity and get people excited around a shared goal
• You're either already in Berlin or open to relocating — we work hybrid, with 2–3 days a week in the office
