A leading software company is seeking a product leader to manage the Extended Planning offering aimed at CFOs. The role involves overseeing product strategy and execution while collaborating with multiple teams to optimize and expand market presence. Candidates must have significant experience in FP&A and product management, strong leadership skills, and be capable of driving innovative strategies in a global market.
The focus of the position is to understand the marketplace, align with CCH Tagetik priorities, and lead product management for the CCH Tagetik Extended Planning offering, with emphasis on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), supporting successful go-to-market execution. We operate globally with direct and indirect operations worldwide, expanding across regions and product capabilities.
You will be based in Italy, the UK, or remotely in Europe. Reporting directly to the VP, Integrated Business Planning, you will help implement segment priorities through collaboration with other CCH Tagetik functions (Sales, Presales, Partner & Alliances, Marketing, Go-to-market & pricing, Development, Customer Success, Finance), contributing to the growth of the Corporate Performance Management & ESG division of Wolters Kluwer. This role is primarily outbound product management, driving revenue and market positioning.
Required Job Qualifications:
The focus is on managing the Extended Planning (XP&A) solution for the Office of CFO within CCH Tagetik, emphasizing the Financial Planning & Analysis pillar.
Experience: At least 10 years of leadership experience in enterprise software companies within the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Performance Management (CPM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or Extended Planning (XP&A) markets.
At least 5 years of enterprise software product management experience.
Understanding of key processes within the Office of the CFO of large enterprises, including enterprise-wide budgeting, planning, and forecasting.
Experience managing multiple complex international FP&A projects.
Experience positioning FP&A & CPM solutions externally (to analysts, webinars, user conferences) and internally (sales enablement, marketing support, pre-sales, GTM).

Ability to synthesize complex information, formulate aligned strategies, and develop actionable plans.
Experience working within a global matrix organizational structure, communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, lead teams, and oversee critical business operations.
Strong customer orientation, focusing on delivering premium service efficiently and effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, including executive presentations.
Knowledge of agile methodologies.
Ability to develop and execute a product roadmap for the Office of CFO, leveraging core platform architecture for strategic growth.
Deep understanding of market trends, customer profiles, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities within the CFO office domain.
Use customer insights to inform product features, prioritize requirements, and articulate the 'Why' and 'What' of product development.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
Support pre-sales activities, including demos for marketing and enablement.
Develop and implement growth strategies, optimize current offerings, and evaluate new solutions for market expansion.
Coordinate with marketing, go-to-market, and customer success teams to strengthen brand positioning and customer relationships.
