Job Description:

The focus of the position is to understand the marketplace, align with CCH Tagetik priorities, and lead the product management for the CCH Tagetik Extended Planning offering, with emphasis on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), supporting successful go-to-market execution. We operate globally with direct and indirect operations and continue to expand across regions and capabilities.

You will be based in Italy, UK, or remotely in Europe. Reporting to the VP, Integrated Business Planning, you will implement segment priorities through various CCH Tagetik functions (Sales, Presales, Partners, Marketing, Development, Customer Success, Finance) and contribute to the growth of the Corporate Performance Management & ESG division of Wolters Kluwer. This role is primarily outbound product management, driving revenue and market positioning.

Required Job Qualifications:

Experience managing the Extended Planning (XP&A) solution for the Office of CFO within CCH Tagetik, focusing on Financial Planning & Analysis.

At least 10 years of leadership experience in enterprise software companies in FP&A, CPM, ERP, or XP&A markets.

At least 5 years of product management experience in enterprise software.

Understanding of enterprise-wide budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes within large organizations.

Experience managing multiple international FP&A projects and positioning FP&A & CPM externally and internally.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA degree.

Ability to synthesize complex information, work within a global matrix organization, communicate complex technical concepts, manage multiple projects, and lead teams effectively.

Deep customer orientation, experience in agile methodologies, and strategic product roadmap development for the Office of CFO in large enterprises.

Knowledge of market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to evaluate growth opportunities.

Experience working with development teams, delivering demos, and supporting sales and marketing efforts.
