YOU...

• supervise and support engineering applications in close co-operation with the design and development departments and the IT departments involved
• are the interface between the Methods & Tools departments (specification of business requirements), IM Architecture (specification of the technical architecture, taking into account the IM strategy and infrastructure) and IM Operations (development and operation of the application)
• are responsible for the design and management of the support processes for the respective products in the Systems Engineering area
• analyse and specifiy the business requirements and coordinate activities as part of the management of change processes
• support within IM as contact person and focal point for engineering applications
• define and monitor the important indicators of the support process
