YOU...

• supervise and support engineering applications in close co-operation with the design and development departments and the IT departments involved
• are the interface between the Methods & Tools departments (specification of business requirements), IM Architecture (specification of the technical architecture, taking into account the IM strategy and infrastructure), and IM Operations (development and operation of the application)
• are responsible for the design and management of the support processes for the respective products in the Systems Engineering area
• analyse and specify the business requirements and coordinate activities as part of the management of change processes
• support within IM as contact person and focal point for engineering applications
• define and monitor the important indicators of the support process

• have completed studies or training in the IT sector

• have sound knowledge of IT fundamentals such as IT architectures, components, and programming paradigms
• are experienced with the technical support of applications in the aviation sector
