The Product Line Manager for Strategic Optics is the product visionary for key and innovative optics in the industry. Responsibilities include developing and executing product strategies, managing product portfolios, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining industry knowledge. The role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and leadership to ensure profitable growth and innovation in our optical product offerings.

Essential Functions:

• Define and develop the vision and strategy for specific optical products, supported by market data and company goals.
• Create and expand standard product lines and custom capabilities.
• Develop business cases, roadmaps, and forecasts for product areas.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
• Lead marketing strategies and participate in industry events and trade shows.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and customers.
• Lead and mentor product engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, or related field; minimum 2 years' experience in optics or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of optics products and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and willingness to travel.
