Position: Product Line Manager

Brooks is seeking a Product Line Manager as we accelerate our growth journey. The Product Line Manager will be the leader and senior product manager for our product line of cleaners. This position is based in Steißlingen.

What You'll Do

1. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
2. Develop product strategies, including positioning, pricing, and roadmaps.
3. Collaborate with engineering teams to define product specifications and requirements.
4. Manage the product life cycle from concept to end-of-life.
5. Define product launch plans and coordinate cross-functional teams for successful launches.
6. Manage product budgets, costs, and pricing.
7. Provide training and support to sales and customer support teams for successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
8. Monitor product performance and conduct analysis to identify improvements.
9. Work with supply chain and manufacturing teams to ensure product availability and quality.
