Job Description:
Your Role in Our Team
- Your tasks include preparing the product portfolio and product-market strategy for the After Sales area.
- You initiate and coordinate the entire product development process.
- This involves developing, maintaining, and updating prices and master data, as well as collecting data to create sales arguments.
- Independently, you prepare strategic and organizational sales initiatives in the After Sales sector.
- You conduct competitive analyses and evaluate them.
- Additionally, you derive strategic recommendations for the service manager, collecting and condensing market and customer information.
- You are also responsible for discontinuation management.
- You work on various After-Sales products, such as standard modifications, spare part packages, service, and consulting services, and serve as a contact for customers and colleagues regarding Lifecycle Management.
- Together with the marketing team, you execute campaigns.
- You technically elaborate on responses and actions to component discontinuations and coordinate with technicians to determine which products we can derive from them.
Your Profile
- You have completed studies in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable education/training.
- Prior work experience is advantageous but not necessary.
- Your strengths include a comprehensive understanding of business administration.
- You are characterized by commitment, flexibility, as well as a meticulous and independent work approach.
- You excel in organizational skills.
- You are proficient in communication and negotiation in both German and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office is expected.
