You'll make an impact by

• Being responsible for sustainability strategy, teams, and portfolio for power supply and grids
• Staying updated with new sustainability policies, technologies, and market developments
• Interpreting standards, regulations, and laws, and participating in industry associations
• Defining and implementing sustainability strategies in our product portfolio
• Collaborating with product management, R&D, and sales to ensure sustainability features are integrated
• Ensuring sustainability throughout the product lifecycle, including recyclability and sustainable packaging
• Managing the CSRD compliance budget and integrating sustainability metrics
• Working closely with various functions and levels within the organization to meet sustainability goals

Your defining qualities

• Extensive experience in power supply, grids, system protection, automation, and IoT
• Knowledge of international sustainability regulations and standards (e.g., EU CSRD, EU Taxonomy, SEC CDR)
• Professional background in sustainability ESG or related fields
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business models
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and strategic planning
• Result-oriented with good communication skills and collaborative approach
• Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field; proficiency in English
