You'll make an impact by
- Being responsible for sustainability strategy, teams, and portfolio for power supply and grids
- Staying updated with new sustainability policies, technologies, and market developments
- Interpreting standards, regulations, and laws, and participating in industry associations
- Defining and implementing sustainability strategies in our product portfolio
- Collaborating with product management, R&D, and sales to ensure sustainability features are integrated
- Ensuring sustainability throughout the product lifecycle, including recyclability and sustainable packaging
- Managing the CSRD compliance budget and integrating sustainability metrics
- Working closely with various functions and levels within the organization to meet sustainability goals
Your defining qualities
- Extensive experience in power supply, grids, system protection, automation, and IoT
- Knowledge of international sustainability regulations and standards (e.g., EU CSRD, EU Taxonomy, SEC CDR)
- Professional background in sustainability ESG or related fields
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business models
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and strategic planning
- Result-oriented with good communication skills and collaborative approach
- Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field; proficiency in English
