Jobbeschreibung

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Lead product development autonomously, setting and owning timelines and milestones.
  2. Manage and allocate the software product budget efficiently.
  3. Define project scope and create a strategic development roadmap.
  4. Optimize resource use, aligning talent with tasks to boost productivity.
  5. Make critical decisions on product priorities and development.
  6. Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams for unified product development.
  7. Gather user feedback to align the product with market needs.
  8. Drive user adoption and ensure successful software deployment.
  9. Monitor product performance and adjust strategies based on key metrics.
  10. Identify and mitigate potential risks in product development.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in software product management.
  • First experience with Large Language Models and/or Machine Learning.
  • Deep expertise in the Product Management discipline.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and German; Spanish is a plus.
