Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Lead to join our AdTech team, which helps merchants and brands thrive on Wolt. You will play a key role in enabling merchants and brands to reach local consumers effectively through advertising, supporting their objectives such as showcasing offerings, increasing sales, and raising product awareness.

Responsibilities

1. Work with a cross-functional team of engineering, design, product, and analytics professionals in a high-visibility role.
2. Set the team's vision, strategy, and roadmap.
3. Lead multiple projects and cross-team initiatives across the product lifecycle.
4. Partner with business and operations stakeholders.
5. Deeply understand customer needs to inform product development.

Location

This role can be based in Helsinki, Berlin, or Stockholm.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Lead or Product Manager, especially in B2B, Adtech, or Martech sectors.
• Experience in launching products from concept to market, with clear vision, strategy, and results tracking.
• Ability to work with and coach cross-functional teams, including business, design, data, and engineering.
• High ownership mindset, comfortable with hands-on work and leading cross-team projects.
• Strong data analysis, engineering understanding, design sensitivity, and business acumen, with a proactive attitude.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to operate in a high-visibility role.
