Your mission:

• Consult and support our customers in identifying opportunities to reduce total cost of ownership and introduce sustainable solutions.
• Prepare, set up, and lead customer and technical workshops.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers to identify opportunities and support sales with your specialist knowledge.
• Lead new product development and innovation projects with customers, CrS product development departments, and sales networks.
• Develop strategies to enhance our product portfolio.
• Identify trends and innovation potentials in packaging solutions for our customers.
• Develop technical training materials and conduct trainings for CrS target employees (sales, product development, technical, management).

Your profile:

• Relevant experience in product development in packaging, ideally in corrugated packaging.
• Completed education or studies, preferably focusing on packaging technology.
• Understanding of logistics and fulfillment processes.
• Knowledge of corrugated packaging specifics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD software knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, pragmatic and innovative thinking, structured approach.
• Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time.
• Fluent in English; German or additional languages are advantageous.
