Essence of the Role

Sinch is seeking an experienced Product Excellence Manager to support the evolution of our product portfolio by synchronizing our product lifecycle management and daily product operations. This role will enable product teams to build, launch, and operate outstanding products.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and improve our product quality and cost efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to increase client traffic through existing offerings or traffic analysis.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Sales teams to find suitable routing for Sinch clients.
• Collect client feedback and translate it into product requirements.
• Communicate quality metrics and testing outcomes to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with SMS market-specific standards (e.g., country regulations, supported features).
• Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvements to enhance service quality and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of product management experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Based in Germany/Munich.
