Zusammenfassung

Henkel in Düsseldorf is seeking a dedicated professional for a two-year assignment to connect salon professionals with laboratory teams, translating insights into German and English reports for internal and global stakeholders.

You will consolidate CTI data, support tests for professional and retail products, and drive method development and standardization while sharing knowledge across functions.

Qualifikationen

• Background in hairdressing or cosmetology related field.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex information.
• Experience creating clear reports and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal German and English.

Aufgaben

• Support, execution, and evaluation of salon tests for professional, retail products and future technologies.
• Analyze test results, identify key findings, and contribute to data-driven recommendations for product development.

• Build and strengthen methodological understanding within the team by providing guidance, training, and knowledge-sharing.

About this Position

What you´ll do

• Act as the primary liaison between salon professionals and laboratory teams, facilitating effective communication and knowledge transfer Create professional reports and presentations in both German and English for internal and international stakeholders
• Consolidate and analyze reports from the global CTI (Consumer Technical Insights) organization to develop comprehensive cross-functional summaries and management-ready reports
• Support, execution, and evaluation of professional hairdresser and salon tests for professional, retail products and future technologies
• Analyze test results, identify key findings, and contribute to data-driven recommendations for product development and improvement
• Drive the development, optimization, and standardization of testing methods and evaluation processes
• Build and strengthen methodological understanding within the team by providing guidance, training, and knowledge-sharing activities

What makes you a good fit

• Background in hairdressing and Study of cosmetology, hair science, consumer testing, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and summarize complex information
• Experience creating clear, structured reports and presentations for diverse audiences
• Ability to work effectively across functions and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English

This position is limited for two year.
