Zusammenfassung

Henkel Research & Development in Germany, Düsseldorf, seeks a Manager Microscopy and Surface Analysis (d/f/m) to lead the lab and guide analytical strategies for surfaces and interfaces.

You will oversee personnel, drive scientific leadership in microscopy (SEM/TEM, EDX, XPS, AFM), and develop validated test methods, while coordinating cross-functionally to deliver new analytical services and present results to customers in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Master degree in Physics, Physical Chemistry or similar.
• 5 years of relevant scientific work experience, preferably in XPS.
• Instrumental proficiency with microscopic equipment (SEM/TEM, EDX, XPS, AFM).
• ISO 17025 experience is a plus.
• Fluent German and English skills.

• Customer consulting and support, including presentation of analytical results

• Master degree in Physics, Physical Chemistry or similar
• 5 years ofrelevant scientific work experience, preferably in XPS, shown by PhD or relevant project publications
• Instrumental proficiency with microscopic equipment, like SEM/TEM, EDX, XPS, AFM
• Ideally, first experience as a service provider in an ISO 17025 accredited environment
• Fluent German and English skills
