Your Responsibilities

1. Drive Advantest towards operational excellence in an outsourced manufacturing environment as part of the SoC Delivery team.
2. Bring new instruments of the V93000 IC tester into production on time.
3. Actively drive supply chain requirements into hardware and test software design to achieve efficient and predictable manufacturability by utilizing our partners' capabilities.
4. Provide technical advice to peers and management, manage quality, product changes, and technical supply chain processes to fulfill customer and business requirements.
5. Focus on manufacturing process optimization, cost reduction, and quality improvement initiatives to meet quality, cost, and supply metrics.
6. Work closely with contract manufacturers, Development, Supply Chain, and Product marketing teams in a highly international environment.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Broad knowledge of electrical engineering and electronic measurement.
• Understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes of electronic high-level assemblies.
• Knowledge of Printed Circuit Assembly development and manufacturing processes.
• Proactive, flexible, innovative mindset with analytical problem-solving skills and strong ownership.
• Good communication skills and a team player in cross-functional and cross-company environments, fluently in English and German.
