Your Responsibilities

1. As part of the SoC Delivery team, you drive Advantest towards operational excellence in an outsourced manufacturing environment.
2. Bring new instruments of the V93000 IC tester into production on time.
3. Actively drive supply chain requirements into hardware and test software design to achieve efficient and predictable manufacturability by utilizing the capabilities of our partners.
4. Provide special technical advice to peers and management, manage quality, product changes and technical supply chain processes of products to constantly fulfill customer and business requirements.
5. Consider aspects such as manufacturing process optimization, cost reduction, and quality improvement initiatives to drive quality, cost, and supply metrics towards defined goals.
6. Work closely with our contract manufacturers, our Development, Supply Chain, and Product marketing teams in a very international environment.

Your Qualifications

1. Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
2. Broad spectrum of electrical engineering and electrical and electronic measurement.
3. Broad knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing processes of electronic high-level assemblies.
4. Knowledge of Printed Circuit Assembly development and manufacturing processes.
5. Proactive, flexible, and innovative mindset with analytical problem-solving skills, demonstrating strong ownership.
6. Good communication skills and team player in cross-functional and cross-company environments, both in English and German.
