Your mission

We're looking for a Product Engineer (Frontend) to set the direction for our frontend web app, adding new product features, while improving performance, usability, and scalability as we scale. You'll work closely with product, design, and backend teams, continuously refining the experience through tight feedback loops and an iterative process.

This is an opportunity to own key product initiatives with direct impact in revenue, drive technical decisions, and grow to lead the frontend team as the company scales.

Own & Ship Features End-to-End
Drive product initiatives from high-level decisions to implementation, testing, and deployment.
Shape the Frontend Strategy
Define the technical direction for our web app, focusing on scalability, maintainability, and delivering an exceptional UX.

Component Library & Design System
Maintain a scalable, accessible UI library using ShadCN, Tailwind, and TypeScript to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Performance & Reliability
Optimize for low-bandwidth environments with fast loads, smooth interactions, offline support (PWAs), and real-time updates (WebSockets). You will also focus on frontend performance testing, ensuring our app is both efficient and responsive across different conditions.

Data-Heavy UI & Dashboards
Design intuitive, interactive interfaces that make complex data actionable and easy to understand. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structuring and representing complicated data visually, optimizing information architecture, and ensuring clarity in data-heavy applications. You'll also consider performance optimizations and customizations for large datasets, real-time notifications, and intuitive insights.
Seamless Web Experience
Ensure our web app is fast, accessible, and mobile-friendly, delivering a great experience across devices.
Agile & Feedback Loops
Work in a tight build measure learn cycle, continuously improving based on user feedback, analytics, and usability testing.Coordinate with Backend Teams
Work closely with backend teams to define API contracts and handle large data payloads, ensuring optimal data representation and performance for complex UIs.

Shape the Product Roadmap
Collaborate with PMs, designers, and customer success to define and refine features, balancing business impact and user experience.

Your profile

3+ years of experience in frontend or fullstack development, preferably in a B2B SaaS or data-heavy application.
Product-first mindset - You care about UX, user behavior, and building solutions that solve real-world problems.
Experience with complex UIs - You take pride in designing intuitive, custom components that make complicated information easy to understand, whether through dashboards, data-heavy UIs, or search-driven interfaces.
Performance-driven approach - You know how to optimize for low-bandwidth environments and fast UIs with real-time updates (e.g., caching, bundling, service workers). You are comfortable using performance testing tools like Lighthouse, and Jest to measure performance bottlenecks.
Deep expertise in React & TypeScript, with a strong focus on performance, accessibility, and frontend architecture.
