We are looking for a highly motivated Product Engineer (f/d/m), who loves building scalable systems, enjoys owning solutions end-to-end, and takes pride in delivering high-quality software that makes a real impact.

YOUR MISSION

• Develop a data-driven enterprise procurement platform for virtual climate assets with an integrated marketplace at its core.
• Collaborate directly with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create platform features and use automations and AI to optimize internal workflows.
• Propose, design, and deliver solutions end-to-end, considering scalability, usability, and long-term maintainability.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to identify the best solution possible, balancing business requirements, technical feasibility, and user experience.
• Work closely with the UX and Data teams to deliver insights and analytics about how users interact with our applications and processes.
• Contribute to shaping team practices, fostering a culture of ownership, and driving improvements to developer experience and system quality.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• At least 4 years of experience developing web technologies, with proven ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS, as well as Node.js or other back-end technologies.
• Familiarity with Git workflows, source control, and feature branching.
• Experience with automation tools or prototyping solutions is a plus.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines; experience with AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and deliver practical solutions.
• Fluency in English is required
• A valid working permit in Germany or Portugal (depending on location)
