comstruct is building the agentic workforce for European construction. We’re seeking Product Engineers who own end-to-end work—from problem to deployed autonomous agents—in real, complex operations. You’ll own the agent logic, backend, frontend and customer iteration.

Fluent German and English are required; at least 3 years in a high-growth startup. Munich relocation support, equity options, and a development budget are provided.

The mission:

comstruct is building the agentic workforce for European construction. Our agents turn paper delivery notes, fragmented invoices and offline supplier decisions into structured, real-time data and live decisions, embedded inside the largest contractors in Europe and the US. To accelerate this journey, we secured a 12.5M seed financing round from 20VC and Google Ventures, along with top European investors.

What you'll do:

We're looking for Product Engineers who want to own that from end to end. Not just write code but design, build, and ship complete autonomous agents that actually work in the real world, inside some of the most operationally complex companies on the planet.

This is what it means to be a Product Engineer at comstruct: you get a problem, you form a hypothesis, and you drive it all the way to a fully working autonomous system. You own the agent logic, the backend, the frontend, the iteration with real customers. From zero to deployed, end to end.

What We Are Looking For

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up, and you can point to things you've shipped and truly owned and not just contributed to

• You care deeply about whether what you build actually solves the problem, and you're comfortable navigating ambiguity to get there

• What we care about most: you think like a builder. You take ownership seriously. You have the drive and the track record to prove it

• Full proficiency in German and English.

You have ownership to drive a new product initiatives like:

• Procurement Agents - fully autonomous systems that handle material orders directly from the construction site, from the first requisition all the way to the posted invoice, with no human action required

• Contract Management - tools that give construction companies complete, real-time visibility into every active contract across their operations

• Your own idea - if you see a way to 10x the value of our platform, you have the mandate and the support to go build it

• Your tech stack: Typescript, NestJS, React, GCP, Hazura, Flutter
