Key responsibilities and requirements:

• Excellent communication skills; ability to connect stakeholders and explain technical issues/details to non-experts
• Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills
• Proactive, cross‑disciplinary thinking and action
• Effective interaction across departments and with client.
• Tool knowledge: AVON, TEVON, KVS, CONNECT + Catia, System42
• Knowledge of Audi VW processes
• Solid experience in automotive technology, particularly moving components (e.g., wipers, windows, similar) and component management
• Good knowledge of moving components, design and manufacturing and acceptance processes, assembly
• Knowledge of automotive architecture
• Experience in defining, deriving, structuring, and managing requirements
• Proven experience in project, cost, and schedule management
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a high degree of autonomy
