Zusammenfassung

Mito is seeking one of our earliest engineers to help build a platform that will redefine video production. You will own major components from the frontend to the AI model orchestration backend, influencing architecture and delivery from day one.

Join a multidisciplinary team focused on generative AI, real‑time collaboration, and scalable video workflows. Hybrid setup with options around the Madrid/Amsterdam offices and a strong emphasis on ownership and quality.

Qualifikationen

• Strong foundation in software engineering and building complex products.
• Object‑Oriented Programming & Architecture: clean, modular, scalable architectures.
• Engineering Best Practices: CI/CD pipelines and automated tests (unit, integration, e2e).
• Java Ecosystem: Spring Boot and GraalVM experience.
• APIs & Distributed Systems: REST APIs, microservices, and large distributed systems.
• Design Patterns: DDD, CQRS, event‑driven architectures.
• Databases: Postgres and Redis experience.
• Containerization: Docker and Linux proficiency.
• Emerging Technologies: Generative AI, LLMs, LangChain, RAG pipelines.
• Frontend: React, TypeScript, React Query, Tailwind, Shadcn.
• Infrastructure: AWS or Google Cloud and Terraform.

You’ll have real ownership across the stack and help shape the product from its earliest versions.
