Job Description

Job Title: Product Engineer

Location: Berlin (Hybrid)

Salary: €70k - €100k (dependent on experience) + ESOP (Equity)

The Role:

They are looking for a Product Engineer to join their growing team and work on impactful, high-visibility projects. You'll be part of an entrepreneurial team that’s building a product loved by millions of students. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend, mobile, and product managers, to deliver solutions that make a real difference in education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across product squads to design, build, and deploy features for their AI-driven learning companion.
• Split your time between product-focused tasks and hands-on engineering (full-stack, mobile, and backend).
• Take end-to-end ownership of features, from ideation through to deployment.
• Work with AI tools and the latest technologies to continually improve our platform.
• Help shape and implement the product vision while making sure you're always putting students first.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in product engineering, full-stack, mobile, or backend development.
• Experience with front-end or mobile development
• Strong backend development skills.
• Comfort working with diverse tech stacks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• You’re pragmatic, solutions-oriented, and excited to work in a dynamic, ever-changing environment. Open to learning the latest AI tools and building a product students love.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll need to be pragmatic, solutions-oriented, and excited about building great products.
