BrightPath Talent Co. is seeking a dedicated Product Development Specialist for Japan to support a fast-growing Multi-Asset CFD Broker in Germany. This role involves coordinating with global teams, managing product features, and engaging with users for constant feedback. The ideal candidate must be a native Japanese speaker with effective English communication skills and at least 1 year of product development experience. Candidates with FX business and CFD experience will be prioritized. The position offers competitive remuneration and a multicultural work environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with global teams and assist in the development of new products
• Manage the end-to-end delivery cycle of product features, including roll‑out to customers and across the internal team
• Responsible for the social trading platform
• Handle the data to understand how the product and features perform and suggest data‑driven initiatives to improve the product and user experience
• Engage with users to get constant feedback and incorporate this into the product enhancement initiatives
• Consult market research materials and sales data to ensure that products are viable and competitive
• Analyze users’ behavior and data, identify new trends, and act accordingly
• Monitor the development process and ensure compliance with schedule and timeframe

Job Requirements

• Native Japanese Speaker
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
• 1+ years of experience in a Product Development role
• Previous experience in FX business and CFD's industry is a must.
• Previous Experience with FXBO CRM and Brokeree products is considered an advantage
