ADAMA Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Product Development Country Manager to lead all product development activities in Germany, ensuring high-quality field development programmes and supporting the successful introduction of new crop protection products.

You will coordinate across agronomy, regulatory, marketing, and external partners, driving portfolio planning and strategic development initiatives while representing Germany in the wider EAME Product Development organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in plant protection product development within the agricultural sector.
• Strong agronomic knowledge of the German market, crops and crop protection practices.
• Previous experience managing field trials and development programmes.
• Project management experience with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements supporting product registrations.
• Experience working with external research organisations and trial contractors.
• Master's degree in Agricultural Science or related discipline.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; ARM trial management software/AI advantageous.
• Native-level German and fluent English.

What you will be doing

As Product Development Country Manager, you\'ll lead all product development activities within Germany, ensuring high-quality field development programmes and supporting the successful introduction of new products.

Key responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating product development activities across Germany.
• Designing and managing field trials and development programmes from planning through to evaluation.
• Managing development budgets, external trial providers and research partners.
• Supporting product registration by providing technical expertise and efficacy data.
• Working closely with Regulatory teams and German authorities on registration activities.
• Partnering with Marketing to develop product positioning and pre-launch strategies.
• Contributing to portfolio planning, innovation projects and strategic development initiatives.
• Representing Germany within the wider EAME Product Development organisation.
• Building strong relationships with growers, advisors, contractors and industry stakeholders.

About you

You'll combine strong technical expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills and enjoy working in a collaborative, international environment.

You will ideally bring:

• Experience in plant protection product development within the agricultural sector.
• Strong agronomic knowledge of the German market, crops and crop protection practices.
• Previous experience managing field trials and development programmes.
• Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements supporting product registrations.
• Experience working with external research organisations and trial contractors.
• A degree (Master\'s preferred) in Agricultural Science or a related discipline.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with ARM trial management software/ AI is advantageous.
• Native-level German and fluent English.
