We are looking for a Lead Product Development (m/f/d) working 39h/week to start immediately.

What you will do:

• Lead and strengthen the Product Development department by fostering collaboration, innovation, capability development, and continuous improvement
• Develop, oversee, and continuously improve product development processes to deliver effective, scalable, and market-relevant products and solutions
• Oversee learning solutions, product adoption, and stakeholder engagement activities to support capability building and business objectives
• Ensure effective collaboration with technical stakeholders, working groups, committees, and industry experts to align products and solutions with evolving market and industry needs
• Drive innovation by leveraging market intelligence, stakeholder insights, emerging technologies, and data-driven decision-making to continuously enhance products and solutions

What we are looking for:

• Degree in the field of Agriculture, Sustainability or equivalent
• Min. 10 years of experience in Agricultural production with a technical background as well as min. 5 years of experience in managing employees
• Experience in working with industry standards, technical requirements, and customer-driven product development
• Strategic thinker to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Proficiency in English (C1 level)
