Our creative team, based in Berlin, is responsible for the entire process from developing our private label collections to their launch. The team, consisting of designers, garment technicians, and buyers, always has an eye on the latest trends and upcoming top sellers.

Position: Product Developer (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Product Developer (m/f/d) to support our team. In this role, you will handle both the technical aspects of product development and contribute to the creative development of our collections. Your goal will be to ensure all product features align with ABOUT YOU standards.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure company standards for quality, fit, and function in close collaboration with buying, designers, and key stakeholders across the organization.
2. Lead fittings and supervise fit assessments.
3. Provide technical information/comments using our PDM system and Adobe Creative Suite.
4. Manage the product lifecycle, risk, and ensure timely end-to-end implementation.
5. Drive the professional and personal development of the team and establish routines for continuous improvement.
6. Collaborate with buying and/or design teams to translate ideas into final products.

Requirements

1. Completed studies in garment technology or a comparable education.
2. At least 3 years of experience in product development and/or apparel production.
3. Project management skills and a proactive approach.
4. Strong knowledge of garment specifications, fit, and pattern making.
5. Attention to detail and experience working with suppliers and diverse team members.
6. Passion for fashion, enthusiasm, hands-on mentality, and teamwork skills.
7. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
